Refund policy

Return, Refund and Replacement Policy

At Boxsociety, all products are carefully packed and shipped across India to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Due to the fragile nature of our mugs, we follow a no return and no refund policy.

No Returns / No Refunds

  • We do not accept returns once an order is delivered.

  • We do not provide refunds for any orders.

  • This includes change of mind, incorrect selection, personal preference, or minor variations in colour or design.

Please review product details carefully before placing an order.


Replacement Only for Damaged Products

If your mug is damaged during transit, we will replace it.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused

  • You must share clear photo or video proof, including:

    • The damaged mug

    • Outer packaging and inner packaging

    • Courier shipping label

    • An unboxing video (strongly recommended)

Send all details along with your order number to info@boxsociety.in.

If approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped

  • No return of the damaged item is required, unless specifically requested

  • Replacement dispatch depends on stock availability


Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement after verification.


Not Eligible for Replacement

Replacement requests will not be accepted if:

  • The issue is reported after 48 hours

  • Damage is caused due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear

  • Required proof of damage or packaging is not provided


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
