All product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

An order is considered accepted only after payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued.

Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Replacement Policy.

Products are sold for personal use only and not for resale or commercial purposes.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices, offers, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of checkout will be final.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise us to charge the selected payment method for your order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (INDIA ONLY)

We currently ship only within India.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, the risk of loss passes to the customer, subject to our replacement policy for transit damage.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Box Society follows a no return and no refund policy.

Replacement is offered only if the product is damaged during transit, subject to verification and as detailed in our Return & Replacement Policy.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including logos, text, images, graphics, product designs, and layouts—is the intellectual property of Box Society and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Box Society is powered by Shopify. However, all transactions and purchases are made directly between you and Box Society.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale, delivery, or quality of products purchased from our store. You agree to release Shopify from any claims related to transactions with Box Society.

SECTION 10 – USER FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

By submitting reviews, feedback, or suggestions, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing or operational purposes without compensation.

You agree not to submit unlawful, misleading, or offensive content.
